走支付宝通道入金，盈利后出金只原路退本金

你们说的利润我一分没收到，只有原路退回的本金。
1、你们本金和利润出金就是把本金全部退还，利润全部不给是吗？！说利润全部汇损没掉了，汇损已经刚好精确到几分钱，正好扣掉我的本金了是吗？ 2、你们当天给的汇率是7.24，实际完全不是按照这个汇率给的！ 3、我搞你们支付通道？！你们骗了钱后还指挥客服不发消息只打电话以为我没录音是吗？

针对本次投诉回复如下：
1.众所周知，出金和入金汇率之间存在汇率差且每日浮动。
2.该客户获利497美金，本金及利润均已按当日出金汇率处理。
3.该客户身份证信息为安徽，联系方式为黑龙江，登录IP为美国。
4.该客户虽然此次用了新的身份信息，但我们查出与多次恶意碰瓷我们支付通道的为同一批人，经英国总部决定终止与其合作。

支付宝支付花费156068.35入金21200usd，盈利后变成21916.46usd，选择走银行卡全部出金，平台直接支付宝原路退回了我的本金。
盈利一分不给，说正好抵扣汇损，一分都不差。出之前客服还和我说当天出金汇率是7.24！
