针对交易账号1215152的说明如下：
• 英国总部判断该客户交易行为异常，即使如此公司也会受理出金。
• 对于涉嫌异常交易行为的客人，公司需要经过内部复审流程，因此需要更多时间受理出金，且不会补贴出入金手续费。
• 这些交易行为破坏了我们与欧洲流动性的关系，从而影响了我们其他客户的价格成交体验。所以我们会延迟出金，以此作为警告。
