1. 关于您提到“平台不处理”以及“入金不到账问题”：

当您在跟客服人员反馈入金问题时，相关工作人员已经第一时间为您登记以及联系支付商处理，并给予其相关回复以及提醒，此外在Ticket”#56180“中工作人员已经向您解释相关入金风险，也给出”如何减少使用第三方支付服务商（银联通道）入金出现延迟或其他问题带来的影响“ 相关资金调整建议。

2. 关于您提到的”代理商诱导开户违规喊单导致亏损“，经调查，您上述五个交易账均没有挂靠任何IC代理，对于您私下听取其他公司代理人员进行相关交易建议导致的亏损，请您自行评估风险及承担后果。

3. 关于您提到平台卡盘问题，经调查，在1月5-6号期间，平台并没有存在任何卡盘问题，且您截图中的时间看来为某年7月的聊天记录，与1月5号的入金无关。

在您提及的五个交易账户中，其中：20000245 20000296 为冻结账户，即表明该两个交易账户至少90天已经没有使用，并不存在所谓卡盘亏损问题。

因为平台卡盘掉线，导致我爆仓，我当时跟平台客服反应过，一直没有解决问题，平台一直在推卸责任，我发给ic邮箱系列问题，平台就是不处理。还有一次，长达12小时无法入金到账，直接导致我爆仓2000美金。共计损失达5万美金。
我以前把所有材料都发给平台了，平台不处理。平台就会推卸责任。
