關於客戶半夜無法入金的疑慮，經查明原因為入金通道有缺幣的情況，
先前即告知客戶能申請緊急信用額方案，但客戶發信至錯誤郵箱，

客戶先前信件皆發送至正確的CPT的客服信箱cs@cptmarkets.com，

但此次客戶的信用額申請信件發送至cs@cptmarkets.com.tw，此為發送系統通知信件的郵箱(信件內都有註明請勿直接回覆)。

先前即告知客戶能申請緊急信用額方案，但客戶發信至錯誤郵箱，

现在2126736/2067124 两个账户被平台注销或者改密码，已经无法登陆，里面的资金也出不来了。邮件联系没有任何回复，拨打官方电话只要是账户注册的手机号码一打就挂，用另外的手机号码打，一接通核实身份后就变成忙音， CPT 这种做派请问我需要到哪里维权，现在是倒闭了还是跑路中，一点点问题因为我来斑马投诉后，做出如此行径。希望斑马平台能够极力帮助我，非常感谢

因前面违规处理我的账户，现又把我的交易账户还有后台注销.交易账户也登陆不了，后台也登陆不了.2067124 2126736 两个账户同时登陆不上去.请CPT平台出来解释。前面理赔没有处理好，应该是为了掐断我的证据，直接封号
