碧桂园成功发行5亿元公司债 票面利率4.5%
5月20日晚间，碧桂园发布公告称，成功发行2022年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)，发行规模为5亿元，票面利率为4.5%。
据悉，本期债券为3年期，附第1年末、第2年末发行人调整票面利率选择权和投资者回售选择权。本次债券起息日为2022年5月24日，本次债券募集资金扣除发行费用后，将用于置换发行人对“19碧地 01”债券回售垫付的自有资金。
