方向机于2018年11月出现卡顿、虚位等转向不线性等问题，2019年2月质保期内申请免费更换了方向柱，但是2020年9月又出现相同的问题，到4s店检修说是通病无法修复，换方向柱后一段时间还是出现此类问题，一直到现在车子都无法正常使用。投诉了，厂家推诿不能解决问题，只能再投诉。
