我的车是2013年购买的雪铁龙c4l自动挡，2019年7月发现方向盘上下晃动，2020年晃动加大，当时瑞铭4s店说需要自费更换，我不同意，两年多了我也不敢多开车，更不敢上高速，在网上看到雪铁龙方向盘晃动问题是厂家产品质量问题，希望我的问题能够得到解决，厂家负责该负责责任。
