银基集团(00886.HK)：法院颁令清盘委任共同官方清盘人及暂停买卖
格隆汇5月10日丨银基集团(00886.HK)发布公告，2022年5月5日，公司被开曼群岛大法院颁令公司清盘。 而Briscoe Wong Advisory Limited的陈佩诗女士及麦巧姸女士以及R&H Restructuring (Cayman) Ltd的Martin Nicholas John Trott先生已获委任为公司的共同正式清盘人并获赋予共同及各别行事的权力。
由于法院已颁令公司清盘，公司要求暂停本公司证券的买卖。暂停买卖于2022年5月10日星期二上午九时正开始生效。预计公司的证券将继续暂停买卖，直至进一步通知。
