歌礼制药：ASC11有望成为治疗新冠的有效药物 预计下半年提交临床试验申请
歌礼制药在港交所公告，公司董事会宣布其口服小分子候选药物ASC11(3CLpro抑制剂)有望成为治疗新冠肺炎的有效药物。抗新冠病毒细胞实验显示，ASC11 的抗病毒活性(EC9 0 )为奈玛特韦的3 1 倍 (155/5)，S-217622的120倍(600/5)，PBI-0451的16倍(78/5)以及EDP-235的7倍 (33/5)(表1)。重要的是，ASC11对新冠病毒不同的变异株均保持活性。
