中电兴发5月7日公告，因第二大股东束龙胜需偿还个人债务，为了避免其股份被强制执行，束龙胜计划在本减持计划预披露公告之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内通过集中竞价或大宗交易的方式合计减持本公司股份不超过860万股，占公司总股本的比例为1.16%，未超过其持有公司股份总数的25%。
截至公告披露日，束龙胜持有4220.49万股公司股份，占公司总股本的5.7%。
