中国恒大4月30日晚间在港交所公告，由于共同及各别清盘人现正在查明公司目前事务状况，编制该公司截至2023年12月31日止年度的财务报表以及刊发2023年度业绩有所延迟。由于2023年度业绩延迟发布，现预计2023年年报亦将延迟寄发。公司股份自2024年1月29日（星期一）上午10时18分起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌。
