深圳燃气：正在按计划推进斯威克上市工作
深圳燃气3月20日在互动平台表示，公司于2021年9月完成并购斯威克，成为斯威克的实际控制人。按照证监会上市相关规定，申请创业板上市的公司，近2年实际控制人不得发生变更，因此，斯威克最快可在2023年9月申请上市。公司已发布启动斯威克上市前期工作的公告，目前正在按计划推进斯威克的上市工作。
