事情发生在9月13日20:30分美国8月末季调CPI年率数据时，黄金波动最低点在1905.5附近，订单详情如下: 一、在GMI平仓持仓黄金多单（订单编号38779234和38779242）止损均止损在1908，实际分别在1894.13和1905.42系统自动平仓，分别多损失1120美元和320美元左右，合计损失1440美元左右；二、在1908挂空单做空（订单编号38780570、37870584、38780600、38780636），实际4单均在1894.13进场为空单，在官网联系客服处理，明确跟客户说订单异常还没平仓请及时处理的情况下客服让我联系业务经理处理却不肯提供业务经理联系方式，让我提供我方提供联系方式等业务经理联系我，9月14日20:54才与业务经理取得联系方式，业务经理说GMI技术部经查询说订单因数据影响在第五层报价时成交等理由推脱，说是继续与公司技术部沟通，后来没有明确回复，订单分别在1940.7、1941.01、1941.06和1941.50平仓，分别损失3725.6美元、3750.4美元、3754.4美元、3789.6美元，合计亏损 15020美元。6个订单共损失16460美元。
