经查询该交易账户740020191的所属账号目前是审核中的状态，根据本公司风控部的查询，之前有向客户索取资金来源的证明，并且已经上传了相关文件，目前客户需要使用公司指定的方式（国内银行账户）出金，下一步是需要提供''计划提取资金的银行账户相关的银行对账单''，希望客户可以配合提供，以便顺利完成程序。

帐户从六月份开始一直被限制交易，也出不了金，一直要求提供各种资料，提供资料还是说一次提供一次，一份资料又审核验证好几天，需要什么资料不是一次性直接说清楚，反反复复提供不一样的资料，一直在拖着不让出金，联系客户经理也是什么处理能力都没有，什么也不知道，天天问都问不出什么样的结果，现在要求提供银行对帐单，提交了几次都不行，不知道平台到底是需要什么样的资料，就是一直拖着不让出金，发邮件去咨询也基本没回复
