我是通过网友了解到这个平台的，对方说这个平台不错，还带我做了一下投注，下面说明投诉问题：
1.【晋升会员欺诈】：晋升会员欺诈，不说明晋升会员所要求的条件，只是说注册满三天即可晋级会员资格，询问限制条件不明确作答，很快的就给预约上，预约上之后，才告知需要缴纳8w入金才能晋级；说是8w缴纳后，直接到账户余额，后续可以提现；最后又说不能如约晋级将冻结账号资金
2.【税收不合理】：不告知黄金会员提现的限制条件，导致提现（17w）超过限额，提现出来之前需要缴纳税款，才能提现，并且税款是目前账号余额（223033）的12%也就是26763.96，而不是提现金额的12%；并且有所谓的会员税额等级，普通及白银会员提现达10w；黄金会员提现达15w；白金会员提现达20w；铂金会员提现达50w需要缴税；这明显是和税法相违背的，并且缴税不是从提现金额里扣除，而是需要先额外缴纳才能提现；当问他们缴税缴到哪个税务局了，他们并不作答，而是说税务报表会寄到我的所在地
3.【保证金】待交了26763.96的税款之后，他们说等待税务局受理审核（需要两个小时）之后才能出款，等了两三个小时之后，他们突然告知，我的账号违规操作，询问客服看怎样处理，毕竟里面有20多w呢，客服说需要再缴纳7w保证金，缴纳后保证金到账户余额，缴纳后，账号可以恢复正常，可以进行正常交易
4.【提现拖延】：待交完保证金后，他们也如期的让提现了，但是提现后，发现迟迟不到账，已询问才发现说现在我的提现正在受理，目前排名68052名，我的天呀，之前提醒都是几个小时就可以出款的，现在突然排名这么靠后，该多久才能到账呢，询问客服，他们只是每次回复，你的提现申请正在处理，请耐心等待，你目前的排名多少？等到第二天也就是9月15的时候，再次询问，我的排名是67087，照这个速度得几个月了，这明显是故意拖延，问的久了，他们就是让我办理绿色加速通道，可以优先出款，或者让我晋级铂金会员；但是这两项都是需要再次给他们交款入金的，于是我就拒绝了他们的非法要求，督促他们尽快的出款
5.【平台无法访问】2021-09-15 下午五六点的时候平台还是可以访问的，但是到7点以后我再次打开的是，发现已经无法访问了
