经核实，关于其中 808807的案件情况与日前的https://www.banma999.com/complaint/10221.html同案，说明如下：

此客户于系统时间 2023.09.27 23:55 触发强平。

同时，在账户内已无剩余资金的情况下，持续透过 EA对服务器发送大量无效的开仓请求。

最终于系统时间 2023.09.28 00:03触发警报。

客户的强平触发完全为个人交易操作，平台并未有任何涉入。

你好，UM平台是一万美金以内2000倍杠杠，曝仓比例是百分之50，我空仓净值6700美金开始做单，浮亏4007爆掉两个5手黄金单子，仓里有30手黄金最高浮亏4007，开始曝仓，因为后半夜做单，几乎没有行情，仓位比较重，我只看到曝仓比例106%单子就爆掉了，之后电脑MT4账户无效，我通过后台更改密码才可以登录，平台风控人员没有给我发过邮件，没有打电话，没有经过本人同意更改MT4密码，停止我的EA运行，导致我的损失，开盘后其他单子盈利出场，因为平台导致我的10手黄金单子亏损。希望平台做出明确的指示，这样会影响平台的口碑，谢谢

你好，UM平台没有经过客户同意半夜随意更改客户MT4交易密码，导致EA无法正常运行，导致账户亏损2000美金，交易账户MT4:808807

只能亏钱不能赚钱的cs，正常交易拿了几个小时到几天的订单。盈利不给出金。而且老板是前身石头证劵的的股东，和石头证劵报价邮件形式一模一样。我已经报警了，等着警察吧你们...
