我买的是新车，新车出现裂缝，那个裂缝是支撑架出现质量问题才有的裂缝不是焊口开了，我的要求是让厂家给我换箱体或者换有了裂缝那条支撑架，可厂家只是给我焊接一下，我买的是新车，新车出现裂缝，这是焊一焊能解决的问题吗？
