广东新增本土确诊病例7例，另有2例无症状感染者转确诊
6月3日0-24时，全省新增本土确诊病例7例，广州报告6例，佛山报告1例；另有本土无症状感染者转确诊病例2例，广州报告。新增本土无症状感染者1例，广州报告。
全省新增境外输入确诊病例2例，广州报告，分别来自柬埔寨与菲律宾。新增境外输入无症状感染者3例，广州报告2例，分别来自柬埔寨与土耳其；肇庆报告1例，来自美国。
截至6月3日24时，全省累计报告新冠肺炎确诊病例2509例（境外输入1042例）。目前在院113例。
