记者从北金所信息了解到，中国华融挂牌转让华融湘江银行40.53%股权延期至5月24日。据悉，该股权转让项目自4月19日开始挂牌，转让价格119.81亿元，最初项目截止时间为5月17日。根据规定，挂牌期满后未征集到意向受让方，不变更挂牌条件，按照5个工作日为一个周期延长，直至征集到意向受让方。(财联社记者高萍)
