21年9月提的车，当时说芯片问题只交付一把钥匙，说过段时间交付，等到现在22年2-4月交付的新车都有两把钥匙，这芯片不是应该优先我们这些没有第二把钥匙的车主吗？为什么新车就有？因为车已经购买了吗？
