因变速箱在出厂时有缺陷从而在2019年四月份更换变速箱，但更换以后变速箱加速时有抖动，4s店给出的解决办法就是利用电脑刷机，平均每三四个月就会刷机一次才能解决抖动问题，但是现在刷机不能解决抖动问题了，4s店又以过了质保期为由叫我自费更换变速箱，但我这个问题是4s店从一开始都告诉我刷机到后面不能解决问题。
