腾讯视频起诉字节跳动要求赔偿千万 涉及《风味人间》《有翡》
财联社5月7日电，字节跳动公司旗下产品存在未经授权的《风味人间》《有翡》侵权短视频？记者获悉，腾讯视频以侵犯著作权及不正当竞争为由起诉字节跳动公司，两案共要求赔偿1000万。目前，海南自由贸易港知识产权法院已经立案受理。今日头条相关法务负责人今日在回应记者时却称，尚未收到法院诉讼材料，会积极应诉。据了解，近年，因为侵权问题，腾讯多次起诉字节跳动，而字节跳动也多次起诉腾讯。
