蔚来今日早间在港交所公告宣布，公司已从新加坡交易所取得主板二次上市的附条件上市资格函，并将于本月发布上市文件。
蔚来本次上市每股面值0.00025美元。公司于新交所主板上市后，于新交所主板上市的股份将可与在纽交所上市的美国存托股份完全互换。
