旭辉控股如期兑付剩余6.95亿今年4月到期票据
4月25日，旭辉控股集团( 0884.HK )发布公告，公司已如约赎回剩余6.95亿今年4月23日到期，票面利率为6.70%的境外人民币优先票据。
据了解，该笔境外人民币债券原发行规模共计16亿元人民币，公司此前已兑付9.05亿。本次偿付完成后，旭辉控股2022年内刚性到期的境内外债券已全部偿清。 旭辉控股认为，到期赎回票据对其财务状况不会产生重大影响。
