汇丰控股：已完成回购约20亿美元股份
据报道，汇丰控股宣布，周三回购近783.8万股普通股，每股成交量加权平均价5.3586英镑，涉及代价约4200万英镑。
公司表示，继购入今批股份后，回购经已完成。自回购开始，已按成交量加权平均价每股普通股4.8128英镑，回购近3.12亿股普通股以作注销，代价总额约20亿美元。
公司称，注销回购股份后，已发行普通股数量近204.5亿股，包括以库存方式持有3.25亿股普通股，公司的总投票权约201.2亿。
