财经快讯|TCL中环：拟将本次可转债发行总额由不超138亿元调至不超49亿元
TCL中环5月23日公告，公司决定对本次向不特定对象发行可转换公司债券的方案进行调整，将本次可转债发行总额由不超过138亿元调至不超过49亿元；修改本次发行拟投入的募集资金及募投项目情况，其中“年产35GW高纯太阳能超薄单晶硅片智慧工厂项目”拟投入募集资金金额改为30亿元，“TCL中环25GWN型TOPCon高效太阳能电池工业4.0智慧工厂项目”改为“12.5GWN型TOPCon高效太阳能电池工业4.0智慧工厂项目”，拟投入募集资金改为19亿元。
