财经快讯|溢多利：拟122.67万欧元收购子公司德国VE49%股权
溢多利5月23日公告，为进一步完善海外市场营销网络建设，提高经营决策效率，公司全资子公司VTR Biotech PTY Limited（简称“澳洲VTR”）拟以自有资金收购Phytobiotics Futterzusatzstoffe GmbH（简称“菲托百傲”）持有的Victory Enzymes GmbH（简称“德国VE”）49%股权。公司与澳洲VTR、德国VE及菲托百傲于德国当地时间2024年5月21日签署了《关于德国VE股权收购协议》。本次标的股权的交易对价为122.668万欧元。
德国VE专业从事各类酶制剂的开发、生产、加工、包装和销售，以及酶制剂领域的技术研发和技术服务。公司本次通过全资子公司澳洲VTR收购德国VE少数股权，可进一步增强对海外子公司的管控力度。
