合纵科技5月15日公告，控股公司湖南雅城新能源股份有限公司（简称“湖南雅城”）拟以1.3亿元的对价将其持有的贵州雅友新材料有限公司（简称“贵州雅友”）55%的股权转让给浙江友山新材料科技有限公司。本次交易完成后，湖南雅城不再持有贵州雅友股权，贵州雅友不再纳入上市公司及湖南雅城的合并报表范围。
