4月26日，港股半天下来，指数高开高走，恒生指数涨1.99%，恒生科技指数涨3.66%。板块方面，汽车、软件、医疗保健技术、AIGC概念、人工智能、中资券商股、内房股等板块涨幅居前；电力、燃气、新材料、汽车零售、环保等板块跌幅居前。商汤涨超16%，国联证券涨超15%，东方甄选、小鹏汽车涨超6%，小米集团、理想汽车、万科企业、中国海洋石油、快手涨超4%，美团、药明康德涨超3%。
