鲁信创投4月25日公告，全资子公司山东省高新技术创业投资有限公司拟将持有的民生证券股份有限公司436,202,130股股份，占其总股本的3.83%，出售给国联证券股份有限公司，并以标的资产认购国联证券新增发行的A股股份。4月25日，山东高新投已与国联证券签订《合作意向协议》。
