古鳌科技4月1日公告，公司控股子公司北京古鳌新能源科技有限公司（简称北京古鳌）与湖南新华水利电力有限公司（简称新华水利）签订了《股权预收购协议书》，双方约定当河北恒鲸新能源有限责任公司（系北京古鳌全资子公司，简称河北恒鲸）达成全部收购先决条件后，北京古鳌将持有的河北恒鲸100%股权转让给新华水利，并签订正式股权转让协议。
