中再资环3月28日公告，公司董事会于3月27日收到葛书院递交的辞职书。葛书院因工作变动原因向公司董事会请求辞去公司法定代表人以及公司第八届董事会董事长、董事、董事会战略委员会主任委员和委员及薪酬与考核委员会委员等职务。辞任后，葛书院不再在公司担任任何职务。
