中国银河1月16日在港交所公告，董事会收到江月胜的书面辞职申请。江月胜因达到法定退休年龄，申请辞去公司非执行董事、职工董事、董事会合规与风险管理委员会委员等职务。辞去上述职务后，江月胜不担任公司及其控股子公司任何职务。
