香飘飘12月21日公告，董事会于近日收到公司董事长、总经理蒋建琪的书面辞职报告。为了进一步优化公司治理结构，提高公司治理水平，综合考虑公司长远发展规划，公司董事长兼总经理蒋建琪申请辞去公司总经理职务。辞去总经理职务后，蒋建琪先生仍继续在公司担任董事长、董事会战略决策委员会召集人、董事会提名委员会委员、董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员职务，以及在下属子公司的任职均不发生变化。
