财经快讯|香飘飘：总经理蒋建琪辞职，杨冬云接任
香飘飘12月21日公告，为了进一步优化公司治理结构，提高公司治理水平，综合考虑公司长远发展规划，公司董事长兼总经理蒋建琪申请辞去公司总经理职务。辞去总经理职务后，蒋建琪仍继续在公司担任董事长、董事会战略决策委员会召集人、董事会提名委员会委员、董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员职务，以及在下属子公司的任职均不发生变化。
董事会同意聘任杨冬云为公司总经理（总裁），自董事会审议通过之日起生效，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至公司第四届董事会任期届满之日止。
