运机集团：已无境外股东，中外合资企业性质已与实际情况不符，拟变更公司类型
运机集团3月21日公告，公司境外法人股东SUMMER HARVEST LIMITED持有公司首发前限售股份575万股，上述股份于2022年11月1日全部解禁，并已于近日全部减持完毕。鉴于公司已无境外股东，公司的中外合资企业性质已与实际情况不符，拟将公司类型由“股份有限公司（中外合资、上市）”变更为“股份有限公司（上市）”，具体以市场监督管理部门登记为准。
