桃李面包：控股股东、实控人吴志刚新增质押4750万股公司股份
桃李面包2月10日公告，公司于2023年2月10日收到公司控股股东及实际控制人吴志刚的通知，吴志刚将其持有的公司4750万股无限售条件流通股质押给山东省国际信托股份有限公司，占公司总股本的3.56%，相关手续已办理完成。
吴志刚及其一致行动人持有公司股份总数为7.54亿股，占公司总股本的56.58%。本次股份质押完成后，吴志刚及其一致行动人控制的股份累计质押2.58亿股，占其持有公司股份的34.25%，占公司总股本的19.38%。
