11月21日0时至24时，大连市新增5例本土新冠肺炎确诊病例，均在密切接触者主动排查中发现。
大连市新冠肺炎疫情防控总指挥部22日发布公告，大连市将甘井子区南关岭街道姚兴社区姚北路25号划定为中风险地区。
公告称，按照国务院联防联控机制关于科学划分、精准防控等工作要求，结合目前大连市新冠肺炎疫情形势，经辽宁省总指挥部同意，将大连市甘井子区南关岭街道姚兴社区姚北路25号划定为中风险地区，并实施相应管控措施。
11月4日以来，大连市已调整高风险地区2个，先后划定中风险地区49个。
