ASIC暂停FTX Australia的AFS牌照

继塞浦路斯同行之后，澳大利亚金融监管机构ASIC宣布，在FTX Australia Pty Ltd（AFS牌照323193）于2022年11月11日进入自愿管理后，其澳大利亚金融服务牌照暂停至2023年5月15日。
在2022年12月19日之前，FTX Australia可以继续向客户提供与终止现有衍生品相关的有限金融服务。
2022年11月11日，KordaMentha的John Mouawad、Scott Langdon和Rahul Goyal被任命为FTX Australia及其子公司FTX Express Pty Ltd的自愿管理人，后者经营的digital currency exchange所不受ASIC监管。
同一天，FTX Trading Limited、West Realm Shires Services Inc（交易名称为FTX US）和某些其他关联公司根据《美国破产法》第11章启动了自愿程序。FTX Trading Limited于2021年9月23日成为FTX Australia的最终控股公司。
在暂停营业之前，FTX Australia的牌照允许其向零售和批发客户交易、做市并提供与衍生品和外汇合约相关的一般建议。
