香港交易所宣布取消平安证券集团的上市资格
通告–关于平安证券集团（控股）有限公司（清盘中）（以万安证券集团有限公司之名称在香港经营业务）（于百慕达注册成立之有限公司）（股份代号：231）取消上市资格
香港交易所（HKEX，Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited）附属公司香港联合交易所有限公司（The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited）公告，自2022年11月7日上午9时起，平安证券集团（控股）有限公司（清盘中）[Ping An Securities Group (Holdings) Limited (In Liquidation)]股票将根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条取消上市。
该公司股份自2021年4月1日起已暂停买卖。
该公司未能于2022年9月30日前履行联交所制定的复牌指引而复牌。2022年10月21日，上市委员会根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条决定取消公司股票在联交所的上市资格。
联交所已要求该公司刊发公告，交代其上市地位被取消一事。
联交所建议，该公司股东如对除牌的影响有任何疑问，应征询适当的专业意见。
