提车一个半月上牌途中高速上突然方向盘无法转动，所有故障灯亮起并报警，拖到4s店维修人员反馈需更换方向机但不清楚原因。打400厂家电话反馈满足退换条件可退换，但与广汽本田4S店沟通后迟迟不给退车说要与厂家沟通，意思是退车还要扣钱。
