有知情人士透露，恒大汽车可能将被另一家汽车公司并购。知情人士表示，此次的并购属于政府行为，目前各方还在僵持。
知情人士还称，目前恒大汽车仅有天津工厂具备生产资质，而且目前正在生产的恒驰5这半年一共只生产了大约200辆。
今日，恒驰汽车总裁刘永灼向券中社回应称，公司一直在积极引入战略投资者，截至目前，既有地方政府也有多家实力企业对恒驰汽车表达了投资意向，不存在被并购一事。
