经过与厂家、4S的两方沟通，现在的解决方案如下：1.厂家：合同你已经签字，你就承认了吧。没有任何解决的方案和手段。2.4S荆州：合同你已经签字，你不承认也得承认。要不你现在把剩下的贷款交完，可以免息。没有任何解决的方案和手段。3.4S销售曹某某：之前跟你讲过，要首付多少多少钱才能免息的。还是老一套的骗人话术。后来投诉至12315，解决方案如下：12315只认签字的事实，无法改变结果。面对如此黑心厂家和商家，我们知道没有结果，但我们会一直投诉到底。
