收了上牌费和分期金融费，结果牌是自己开车去上，还要被门店指引去横跨三个区的小县城上牌。买车收的金融手续费说含抵押解押和期间金融服务，结果要资料不给齐让客户白跑一趟解押。已反馈本田400客服至今没得到回复。要求退款。
