汽车投诉：进口宝马X4车机系统功能与实际不符

我们是宝马2020款5系列、2020款630i及20-21款X3、X4的车主，均发现随车装配的ID7系统(以下简称阉割版ID7)缺少车主手册描述的功能，相比2020款3系列、X5及19款7系列车型的ID7系统存在诸多功能缺失(详见附表:阉割版ID7缺失的功能清单);且在购买车辆过程中销售商均未明确告知ID7系统差异。违反消费者知情权的同时极大伤害了车主的合法权益，现全国宝马阉割版ID7车主联合要求宝马中国、宝马中国汽车贸易有限公司及时承认错误，并尽快给予车主一个合理的答复。
