进气管积存机油严重，联系了4s店和厂家，说让我开车下来先做检查，说好的下来如果有问题给免费更换，我离4s店差不多1000公里，去之前都确认好的，下来检查完3天左右就能到配件给换，结果请假请了10天，9号去4s店检查的到今天19号说配件没到，说好的不是三天就能到吗？
