unable to withdraw money from broker

Contacted the broker CMMCI Securities
I have 87000 usd in my Mt5 account with the broker cmmci securities. when I tried to withdraw 30000 usd, I was asked to deposit a 6% tax which was 1750$. After I deposited this tax I was told that I cannot withdraw less than 50000 usd and hence will need to pay 1250 more as the 6% tax. I paid the 1250 usd as well to cmmci customer service. then the customer service agent tells me that I need to pay another 3000$(6%) due to exchange rate fluctuation. I mean on top of the comission the broker is charging on mt5 he is expecting me to pay an additional 12% tax in order to withdraw money. I feel they are running a scam here. my Mt5 I'd with cmmci securities is 292834
