三友医疗4月25日公告，正在筹划以发行股份及支付现金的方式购买北京水木天蓬医疗技术有限公司的股权和上海还瞻企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）出资份额并同时募集配套资金；本次交易完成后，公司将直接及间接持有水木天蓬100%股权。
经公司申请，公司股票自4月26日开市起开始停牌，预计停牌时间不超过5个交易日。
