容知日新2月5日公告，公司控股股东、实际控制人兼董事长聂卫华，实际控制人之一、副董事长、副总经理贾维银，董事、董事会秘书、财务总监黄莉丽基于对公司未来发展的信心和对公司长期投资价值的认可，计划自2024年2月6日起6个月内，以其自有资金或自筹资金通过上海证券交易所交易系统允许的方式(包括但不限于集中竞价和大宗交易等)增持公司股份，合计增持金额为不低于1075万元且不超过2150万元。本次增持股份计划不设价格区间，将根据公司股票价格波动情况及资本市场整体趋势实施增持计划。
