日前，ST鹏博士在互动平台答复投资者关于公司境外债券“鹏博士2.5%2025-12-01”相关情况的提问。公司表示，“公司在2022年年报中披露了该债券的详细情况，债权人已豁免各项违约。”据悉，今年2月13日，ST鹏博士召开债券持有人会议，通过了豁免包括未履行支付利息的义务等各项违约，相关展期文件己经签署并生效。公司境外债券现已不存在违约责任。
